By using our website, submitting a form, requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or receiving Services from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or Services.

Important: Availability depends on scheduling, technician availability, parts availability, travel distance, safety, and site access.
3. Services Not Provided
To avoid misunderstandings, we do not provide:
Plumbing services (pipes, drains, water heaters, etc.) unless specifically stated in writing
Septic pumping, maintenance, installation, or repair
Trenchless/no-dig drain line repair
If you need services outside our HVAC scope, we may recommend a specialized provider.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when requesting or booking service
Ensure safe and clear access to work areas (including gates, lockboxes, pets, parking, codes, etc.)
Inform us of known hazards (water damage, mold risk, electrical concerns, structural concerns, prior repairs, etc.)
Maintain safe working conditions for our technicians
We may refuse, pause, or postpone service if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.
5. Estimates, Pricing & Authorization
Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change after on-site inspection or diagnosis.
Emergency/after-hours service may be billed at higher rates.
If additional issues are discovered after work begins, we will communicate changes and obtain approval before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
6. Payments & Billing
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other methods we specify.
Unpaid balances may incur late fees and/or collection costs where permitted by law.
If payment is not received, we may suspend future service and pursue lawful remedies to collect amounts owed.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in a service/trip charge.
If emergency/urgent dispatch has already occurred, a fee may still apply.
8. Warranty Policy
We may offer a limited workmanship warranty for certain services. Warranty terms (length and scope) vary by job and may be communicated at the time of service and/or on your invoice.
Warranty coverage does not apply if:
The customer or a third party alters, tampers with, or modifies our work
Damage is caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or failure to follow care instructions
Issues arise from pre-existing conditions or unrelated electrical/structural problems
HVAC equipment is significantly aged or damaged beyond reasonable repair expectations
Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts/equipment installed and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cooling Clinic USA is not liable for:
Pre-existing system issues or structural/electrical defects
Hidden defects within walls, ceilings, ductwork, or equipment that were not reasonably discoverable
Property damage occurring before our arrival
Failures caused by old, corroded, or improperly installed systems that predate our work
Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of use, lost income, or business interruption)
Our total liability for any claim relating to Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.
10. Website & Booking System Rules
By using our website or online booking system, you agree not to:
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security
Use the website for unlawful purposes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or booking system at any time.

HVAC systems can be affected by age, installation quality, prior repairs, and building conditions
Additional issues may be discovered once work begins that were not visible during initial inspection
Some repairs may require additional parts, labor, or follow-up visits based on availability and system condition
We will communicate significant findings and request approval before additional billable work where possible.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, logos, graphics, images, layout, and design) is the property of Cooling Clinic USA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse content without prior written permission.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
